Yvonne, Chana and the whole team have been so helpful. The purchasing of furniture was easier than at any other store. The free and quick delivery is amazing. Their help with the return of one item that didn’t work and ease of the return process without fees has made me a forever customer.

We purchased a rug and a dining room table from Birch Lane. Both are of exceptional quality and exactly what we were hoping for. Julie was extremely helpful in both providing potential options based on what we were looking for and in facilitating the purchase process. Her suggestions were exactly on point. She explained that the table would be arriving in two different shipments, which might have been a bit of a shock otherwise. I would definitely go back to Birch Lane. And I would most certainly ask for Julie. Thanks.

Chana at the Birch Lane store in International Plaza, Tampa was very helpful when I arrived there to look for furniture. She gave me some great ideas and was very responsive and patient with email follow up when I had additional questions. We drove 6 hours to the Tampa Birch Lane store to see—and actually sit in—a recliner we’d been considering but couldn’t find anywhere else. Thankfully, we were welcomed by Cor (Design Specialist), who immediately offered us bottled water—so thoughtful after a long drive. Cor showed us the chair we came for, but also introduced another option we hadn’t considered. We appreciated having the space to talk it through, along with helpful, pressure-free guidance whenever we had questions. After weeks of searching, we ended up choosing the chair Cor recommended—and we’re so glad we did. The biggest surprise? We were told delivery would be in just 2 days. I’ll admit, I was skeptical—but sure enough, the chairs arrived exactly as promised. When we had a minor issue, it was resolved over the phone in under 5 minutes. We’re now happily rocking in our new chairs and couldn’t be more pleased. This was easily one of the best retail experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend the Tampa Birch Lane store for both quality products and exceptional service
